Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner (preferably Spanish speaking)
Will serve perform the following general duties:
  • Perform focused and complete physical examinations of adult and pediatric patients
  • Diagnose and treat patients within the scope of family practice
  • Assess and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Provide health maintenance and developmental assessment
  • Promote patient well being through client and parent education
  • Provide women’s health services including STD, family planning, and routine simple gynecological examination

Full Time Manager of Pediatric and Women's Health (PWH) Services
Under the supervision of Director of Services (DS) the PWH Manager will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Project coordinators (specifically Women’s Health Coordinator and Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program Coordinator, Outreach Workers and Project Assistant(s) for the project and the PWH cluster. Full Time Thai-speaking Clinic Support Staff
This position will be a part of a multi-disciplinary task cluster that facilitates and provides culturally and linguistically sensitive services by assisting with patient flow activities to reduce patient wait time and to provide higher overall patient’s satisfaction. Full Time Behavioral Health Consultant, LCSW
This position will work in collaboration with the mental health team, which consists of the Medical Director, lead mental health physician, Adult and Senior Services Manager, and Case Coordinator, to serve as a Behavioral Health Consultant at the main clinic site and 2 other school sites. The BHC provides assessment, brief interventions, and consultation services as part of a multidisciplinary team within a primary care setting. Full Time Chinese speaking and Vietnamese speaking Outreach Worker
This position will function as the liaison between APHCV and the community in LA County. The OW will conduct culturally and linguistically appropriate health education and promotion in the community on topics including women’s health, health insurance programs,APHCV programs, and other topics. The OW will also assist in enrollment into health insurance programs, referring individuals for services, and case managing these patients.

Full Time Registered Nurse
One of objectives of the RN is to be the main diabetes educator and care manager of diabetes patients in consultation with physicians and other medical team members. The RN will be a member of the Diabetes Instructional Team and will work with patients in the process of Diabetes Self Management Education. The RN must be experienced and skilled in diabetes and can potentially sit for the CDE Exam if he or she chooses to do so. The selected candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of department goals, standards, policies and procedures as well as serve as a diabetes resource to all other health care professionals. The responsibilities of the RN will also include providing front and back office support, and interact with other health providers to assure the continuity and quality of patient care services.

Casual mobile unit van driver (approx. 6hrs a week)
This position will drive the mobile clinic from one location to the Belmont High school site on Mondays and Thursdays. Must have experience in driving a vehicle 40 feet in length or longer.

Medical Biller I
This position performs both billing and payment functions. Some duties include reviewing encounter form tickets for completeness and accuracy of ICD-9 and CPT codes and scan the tickets on a daily basis, consulting with provides if the encounter form is incomplete or insufficient for billing among other things.
