Season's Greetings from Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc.

Season's Greetings

Greetings,

Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc. has much to be grateful for this year. In 2012, APHCV will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary. As we approach this tremendous milestone, we are reminded of the vital role you have played in helping APHCV grow and continue to serve those in need of health care in our communities. Here are a few 2011 accomplishments that you have helped make possible:
  • APHCV delivered over 47,800 medical visits
  • APHCV provided health care to over 9,300 patients without health insurance
  • APHCV provided interpretation for over 18,000 medical visits
  • APHCV has some of the best quality of care measures in Los Angeles County, with over 98% of patients participating in APHCV's diabetes management program having an HbA1c of less than 7.5% (an indicator of diabetes control)
  • APHCV will be launching is new practice management system on January 4th. After 2 years of planning, this will be the first phase of APHCV's transition to electronic health records
None of this would be possible without your support through these years. We hope you will celebrate with us as we mark our 25th Anniversary. Sign up for our newsletter or visit our website to stay up to date. We wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season!

Sincerely,

Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc.
