Did you know that oral health can affect your health, your body, and your mind? Problems with your teeth is related to difficulties eating, toothache, and is even related to diabetes, pregnancy difficulties, and heart disease. Preventing problems with your teeth is important to your body.

Here are some tips:

  1. Brush your teeth at least twice a day.
  2. Eat healthy. Avoid sugary drinks and food.
  3. Avoid tobacco products including: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and chewing tobacco.
  4. See your dentist at least once a year. Pregnant women need to visit the dentist too.
