Dr. John Hoh is APHCV’s Medical Director specializing in Internal Medicine with added formal training in Geriatric Medicine. With APHCV since 1996, he received his medical degree from Temple University in 1983. He completed a 3-year medical residency at Montefiore Medical Center and a 3-year fellowship at John Hopkins Medical Center and the National Institute of Health-Gerontology Research Center. Dr. Hoh treats patients in English and Cantonese.
Lena Al-Sarraf, D.O.
Board certified in general practice medicine, Dr. Al-Sarraf completed her medical degree at Western University and completed additional post-doctoral training at USC. She is fluent in English and Arabic. She can also discuss medical issues in Spanish. She enjoys reading, biking, sports, and music.
Wei Min Chan, P.A.
Min is a Florida native who attended Nova Southeastern University where she received her Masters in Health Sciences. She is fluent in both English and Cantonese. She enjoys exploring her new California home with her dog and trying all sorts of new foods.
Raymond Goei, D.O.
Specializing in Family Medicine, Dr. Goei received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Science/College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He also received certification by the American Board of Family Medicine and completed his residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center. Dr. Goei is interested in working with computers and enjoys websurfing, home improvement, gardening and skiing.
Heather Hindo, M.D.
Dr. Hindo is a Board Certified Pediatrician who received her medical degree from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. After completing her internship and residency in Pediatrics from Children’s Hospital of Akron, Dr. Hindo completed a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia.
Dominic Koh, MSN, CPNP, ANP-C
Nurse practitioner and APHCV’s Director of Nursing, Dominic Koh has been with APHCV since 1997. He completed his nursing degree and a post master’s certificate at Cal State University, Los Angeles. He is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) and an Adult Nurse Practitioner – Certified (ANP-C). Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Dominic also enjoys traveling and the theater.
Mehwish Khan, M.D.
Dr. Khan is Board Certified in Family Medicine and received her medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wayne State University in Michigan and is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. In her free time, Dr. Khan enjoys baking and drawing.
Gabriel Larson, M.D.
As a Board Certified Pediatrician, Dr. Larson cares from some of APHCV’s youngest patients and helps parents understand the health care needs of their growing child. He completed his residencies at both Children’s Hospital Oakland and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, bring with him, a wealth of knowledge to APHCV. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Larson can be found surfing local beaches or hiking one of the many SoCal trails.
Rose Milanes-Skopp, D.O.
Dr. Milanes-Skopp is board certified in family practice and received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey. She completed her internship at Midwestern University. She was the chief resident at UC San Francisco- Fresno for her residency in family practice. Dr. Milanes-Skopp completed her fellowships as a physician in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente. She also completed a fellowship in women’s health at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center’s OB/GYN Department. Dr. Milanes-Skopp is fluent in Spanish and English.
Yulia Neyman, D.O.
Fluent in both English and Russian, Dr. Neyman received her medical degree from Western University. She also completed the USC/California Hospital Residency Program. Specializing in family medicine with a special interest in women’s health, Dr. Neyman is also board certified in family medicine. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Jean O’Neil, MSN, N.P.
With special interests including emergency and urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health, Jean O’Neil has extensive experience as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her nursing degree from UCLA and became certified from UCLA in 1996. Outside the clinic, Jean enjoys being with her children, art, music, and the theater.
Patarapha Wongsaroj, M.D.
Dr. Wongsaroj is a Board Certified Internist at APHCV-Los Feliz Health Center. After receiving her medical degree from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, Dr. Wongsaroj completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Vincent Hospital in Massachusetts. She, later, completed two fellowships in Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center prior to joining APHCV. Dr. Wongsaroj also has board certification in nephrology. She is fluent in English and Thai.
Phyllis Woo, M.P.H, W.H.N.P.-B.C.
Phyllis Woo brings a wealth of knowledge and care to APHCV’s women’s health program as a certified women’s health nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Columbia University and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Southern California. When she is not caring for APHCV patients, Phyllis can be found outdoors hiking or camping and exploring the many museums LA has to offer.
Kathy Haugh, L.C.S.W.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kathy is here to help you be your best self. Working alongside your doctor, Kathy will help you address the barriers or struggles that prevent you from reaching your health care goals and deal with any stress you might be experiencing.
Don Gonzalez, M.S.W., LC.S.W.
Mr. Gonzalez has a wide range of experience as a License Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. Mr. Gonzalez works with clients to help improve a sense of well-being and achieve better physical health outcomes.
