Dear APHCV Patient

We are writing to you to let you know that Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc. (APHCV) Community Health Centers continue to provide clinic services to our patients despite of the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation. Our top priority is the well-being of our patients, our employees and communities and we are closely monitoring the latest developments of COVID-19.

In order to protect you, your family and our employees, APHCV is now providing telephone visits, where you directly receive care from your Provider over the phone. To make an appointment with a Provider, please call (323)644-3888. We are also proactively calling patients who are at higher risk for COVID-19. We really would like to connect with you for your well-being.

When your Provider asks you to come to our Health Center location in person, we will be asking you screening questions for COVID-19. We are asking some screening questions to all of our patients and guests at the entrance. On behalf of APHCV, I thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

APHCV currently does not provide COVID-19 testing at our facilities. When deemed necessary for you to take the test according to the local government’s guideline, we will make an appropriate referral for you.  If testing is provided by APHCV, we will inform you immediately.
