APHCV’s Patient Portal is a secure, online portal that allows you to access your electronic health records and send messages to your doctor directly without going to the clinic or picking up the phone. Each month, over 500 of APHCV’s patients access patient portal for information on their care.
Patient Portal can be used for:
Getting your lab results
Asking questions about your health or your care
Asking questions about your medications
Refilling your prescriptions
Rescheduling or asking questions about your upcoming appointment
Inquiring about your billing statements
The Patient Portal is secure, safe, and easy to use. Your messages will be secure. You won’t need to pick up the phone or be placed on hold. All you will need to access the Portal is your phone or computer.
