HRSA Awards APHCV with Community Health Quality Recognition

August 4, 2026 – We are proud to share that Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc. (APHCV) has once again been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for our commitment to high-quality, equitable health care.

The 2026 Community Health Quality Recognition badges recognize Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes (LALs) that achieved quality improvements in Access, Clinic Quality, Health Outcomes, and Health Information Technology.  CHQR badges are awarded annually, based on the latest Uniform Data System reporting year.

APHCV has once again earned Health Center Quality Leader – Gold Level for ranking in the top 10% of health centers on overall Clinical Quality Measure (CQM) performance.  APHCV also earned a badge for Advancing HIT for Quality, Preventive Health, and three National Quality Leader badges for Behavioral Health, Cancer Screening, and Diabetes Health.
